Listen & Digest is a food and music based concept (both figuratively and literally), the idea is departs from the point that the soul MUST be fed either through the ear or tickling of taste buds. The pop-up concept is led by its founder Sbusiso Ncangayi from Cape Town and his many long time co-collaborators across the country.
