A Million O Clock is a South African–Swiss jazz collective bringing together saxophonist Benedikt Reising, pianist Thandi Ntuli, bassist Shane Cooper, and drummer Paul Amereller. Formed through chance encounters across Johannesburg, Europe, and beyond, the group moves with a sound that is slow, grounded, and deeply expressive. Blending South African musical sensibilities with European jazz aesthetics, their performances are refined yet spontaneous, rooted in tradition while embracing improvisational freedom. On 12 February, A Million O Clock debut at Hue as part of their South African tour, performing music from their self-titled EP.
